Build complete and ready for occupation
The construction phase is complete, with four Georgian-inspired detached homes now ready for their new owners. Each five-bedroom property has been finished to a high specification, including sash windows, cast-stone porticos, underfloor heating, landscaped gardens, a double garage and electric-vehicle charging.
Delivered by Strand Homes, the development combines traditional architectural character with modern, energy-conscious living in Framingham Earl, just south-east of Norwich.
Sales activity is underway
The completed homes are actively being marketed through Sowerbys. Early activity has been encouraging, with enquiries and several viewings taking place, particularly on the first two plots.
A parallel route to investor exit
The focus is now on repaying the existing development facility. Plot sales remain the primary route, while an application for exit finance is progressing at the same time to provide an additional route to investor repayment.
Subject to valuation, underwriting and legal processes, the refinance is expected to progress over the coming weeks, with completion currently anticipated within two to three months.
Looking ahead
With construction complete, purchaser interest building and the refinancing strategy moving forward, Framingham Gardens has entered its final delivery stage. We will continue to keep investors informed as sales and exit arrangements progress.
