Simon is Director, Mortgage Adviser and sales expert, playing a key role in the day-to-day running of the business. His mortgage expertise and strong leadership make him a driving force behind the company’s success. Outside work, Simon runs a local football club and enjoys long dog walks in the great outdoors.
Sharon combines years of industry experience with a visionary approach to leadership, guiding the business with energy, positivity, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. She fosters a collaborative culture that encourages growth, innovation, and strong client relationships. Away from the office, Sharon enjoys escaping to North Norfolk, indulging her love of shopping, catching up with friends over good food, and traveling whenever she can to explore new places and cultures.
Olivia is the backbone of our operations, seamlessly ensuring that every process runs smoothly and efficiently. With her sharp attention to detail and expertise for building strong client relationships, she expertly manages everything from finances to project milestones, keeping everything and the team firmly on track. When she’s not busy being a self-confessed workaholic, Olivia loves diving into a good book, indulging her passion for food as a true foodie, and spending quality time with her family.
Steve plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all investments undertaken by Property Investor Partnership are legally sound, thoroughly vetted, and structured to safeguard investors. With a sharp eye for legal detail and an unwavering commitment to compliance, Steve is responsible for leading the legal due diligence process across all projects and investment opportunities.
Djinh is Head of Continuous Improvement at Property Investor Partnership, focused on improving how the business works through smarter processes, systems and technology. Combining a solutions-focused approach with creativity, he helps turn ideas and challenges into practical improvements across the business. Actively involved in his local church, he also enjoys music, playing piano and saxophone. Outside work, you’ll often find him at the gym, paddleboarding on Norfolk’s rivers, or travelling and experiencing new cultures, with 40 countries and counting.
Emma is a key team member, leading our events while supporting client relations and marketing across the business. From creating memorable client events to managing social media and helping oversee the client portal, she plays an important role in keeping our clients engaged and connected. Outside work, she enjoys time with her daughter, staying active through running, and never says no to a bottomless brunch!
Joanna plays a key role in building strong client relationships and leading our marketing with creativity and passion. Her focus on visibility and client experience helps keep us ahead. Now based near Loch Leven, Scotland, she’s embraced life as a proud Granny and enjoys long walks with her dog Mischa in the beautiful countryside.
Emma brings to the team a friendly, client-focused approach with specialist knowledge of taxation, broadening the service we currently offer clients. We are thrilled to have Emma working closely with our clients, learning to understand their individual circumstances, provide clear guidance and help make the complexities of tax easier to navigate. Outside of work, Emma loves to paint, listen to music and spend time with her beautiful daughter.
Summer is a key part of our Client Relations team, known for her friendly and reliable approach. She loves to stay active by running and loves a good time with friends. Close to her large family (and dog), she also loves coffee, long drives with music and of course, summertime. Summer is passionate about volunteering within the youth ministry at her church and plans to perfect her ‘outside the box’ parking this summer.
Bekah plays a key role in our Client Relations team, making sure every client’s experience is smooth and supportive. Originally from Cornwall, where she fell in love with sea swimming, she moved to Norfolk after getting married. She now volunteers with her church’s Youth Ministry and enjoys interior design.
Caitlin plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly, using her analytical skills to manage data, streamline processes, and support the team in making informed decisions. Her eye for detail and methodical approach ensure that everything behind the scenes is efficient and effective. Outside of work, Caitlin loves staying active – whether that’s hiking, rowing, or going out for a run.
Josh plays a key role in supporting our Operations & Data Analyst and the wider team, helping keep our data accurate, organised, and working effectively across the business. He’s hands-on with maintaining records, improving processes, and making sure everything behind the scenes runs efficiently. His reliability and eye for detail make a real difference day to day. Outside of work, Josh is deeply involved in music, producing, playing keys, and singing at church. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, and is actively involved in church life.
Holly is a valued part of our Client Relations team, ensuring clients feel supported and throughout their journey with us. In her spare time, Holly loves cooking, baking – and then enjoying the goods! She loves to go to the gym, read a good book and spend time with her lovely daughter and family.
Nathaniel brings a wealth of experience working with systems and supports our Investor Relations team with a thoughtful and dependable approach. Outside work, he is a keen drummer and enjoys volunteering at his local church.
Tom is currently completing a Master’s in Finance and Investment at the University of Nottingham, alongside his role at Property Investor Partnership. With a keen interest in asset management and financial markets, he is focused on developing his experience within the investment industry. Outside of work, Tom enjoys running and travelling.
