We’re delighted to bring you the latest update from our Wrawby development, which is now in its final stages. One of the four properties has already legally completed, two are progressing smoothly towards completion, and just one remains available for purchase. Momentum remains strong, with the second purchaser due to move in within the next couple of weeks, followed by the third at the end of September.
To help secure the final sale, the development team have commissioned professional photography of the beautifully finished Plot 1. These images will shortly go live on Rightmove and will also feature in a refreshed social media campaign to maximise exposure.
On site, the finishing touches are well underway. The external works are scheduled to be fully completed within the next three weeks, and in the final two plots, only the kitchens and bathrooms remain to be fitted. To complete this exclusive private development, electrically operated swing gates will be installed, each controlled by a dedicated touchscreen panel inside every home, adding both security and sophistication.
