We’re pleased to share that the River View development has now entered its final stage – an exciting milestone in the project’s journey. With just five plots remaining, momentum is strong, and the development team is confident that further reservations will be secured in the coming weeks.
On site, the final touches are being put in place. Ironwork preparations on the roads are underway, with the topcoat of tarmac scheduled to be laid soon – giving the development a polished, finished look. The park area is also taking shape beautifully, with the landscaping team having cleared, levelled, and seeded the space. Fencing and play equipment will follow shortly, adding even more appeal for future residents.
Over the next six weeks, two more families will be moving in, reflecting the continued interest in these beautiful homes. The development remains on track for full completion in the near term, with strong demand expected to secure the last few sales.
