Built by a well-known national developer, PIP was delighted to secure these lovely 1 & 2 bed apartments in the historic town of Boston. Prices started from only £79,196 for 1 bed, rising to £90,636 for a 2 bed apartment. From previous success at this site in 2015, we knew these properties would perform well for our investors and we were not disappointed. All of the properties had tenant applications in place within days of completing and comfortably reached the upper end of our rental predictions. Rental yields achieved for the 1 bed apartments are 8.2% and 7.9% for the 2 bed apartments.
