  • During the build program, buyers will already be fully committed by paying up to 35% of the property value.
  • Until exchanges commence, this investment is secured against the value of the land (ยฃ7m) together with a corporate guarantee of ยฃ1.6m.  As we will never exceed an LTV of 75%.
  • Clear exit strategy upon practical completion of the properties, with the first anticipated for completion Q4 2026 onwards.
