Park View Progress Update

We are delighted to share the latest update from Prosperity, detailing how the pre-construction requirements are progressing and to advise you of the target development programme.

Pre-Construction

A schedule of works has now been prepared by the structural engineer that will allow for the safe completion of the demolition works. The demolition contractor has been appointed and works will commence on site in January 2022.Rights of Light survey has been prepared and awaiting ROL insurance quotes to cover off the potential risk. The Architect, Structural & Mechanical & Electrical Engineers are progressing the Construction Phase drawings to tender the works with the Works Package Contractors. The electrical supply / point of connection to the site has been secured and allocated to the development site.

Target Development Programme

Planning Approval – approved January 2021

Design Development & Tender – February 2022

Foundations & Drainage – March 2022

Steel Frame – May 2022

External Envelope to commence – June 2022

Construction Period 18 months

Target Development Completion – November 2023

As with any off-plan development, anticipated timeframes can be subject to change as the build progresses. However, we consistently provide our investors with regular updates throughout the construction period.
