Moseley Gardens Update - July 2020
As an investor at Moseley Gardens or in the Moseley Gardens Secured Loan Note, we are delighted to be able to provide you with a brief update and a few more images showing how the build is progressing.
Despite the Covid19 Pandemic, construction has been reduced but maintained throughout, and design issues relating to the new substation and other matters have been resolved during this period. The lock down primarily impacted the progress of the works on site due to the shortages of labour and materials, but also the availability of the design team and other professionals.
Latest from the site . . .
- The foundations and underfloor drainage have been installed, and the ground floor concrete slab has been cast.
- The external perimeter and internal retaining walls are 90% complete, and the steel frame is 50% erected.
- Works to be carried out within the next quarter are the completion of the steel frame, substation, transfer slab, the Fusion Frame superstructure and the commencement of the external brickwork envelope.
An agreement has been reached with the adjoining owner to use their land under licence, for the storage and distribution of construction materials via tower crane. This agreement will vastly improve the distribution of materials around the confined site and will assist to maintain the target completion date of April 2021.
Even during these uncertain times as a result of Covid19, we are delighted to say that we have been overwhelmed with the interest we have received in the Moseley Gardens Loan Note - and now have only £2m remaining on a total raise of £11.2m!
I hope this latest update has been of interest. If you have any questions or would like more information on how to invest in any of our Loan Note opportunities, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
