We wanted to write to let you know that, notwithstanding the challenges of the Covid-19 situation, ZSL Capital and the wider Zenzic Partners Group will continue to operate business as usual. We continue to follow and adhere strictly to Government advice, and have the IT infrastructure in place to support remote working, which our teams are doing wherever possible.
We know that many investors will want to understand what the impact of the current situation will be on their investment. Firstly, note that real estate is a much less volatile investment than many other investment classes. By way of example the volatility being seen currently within the financial markets is almost unprecedented. Real estate has a residual value, and is a real asset. Unlike the global financial crisis, there is no systemic issues underlying the sector, and therefore it will increasingly be seen as a safe haven for investors versus many other investment choices.
Additionally, our portfolio of secured loans is diversified across geography, borrower, scheme size and real estate class which reduces further the exposure to specific or concentrated risk. We believe that with the right approach, any disruption in the sector is likely to be a near term delay or a short shock rather than a fundamental dip over the long term. In short, any increased risk is one simply of time. With this in mind, our secured lending proposition is well placed to continue to support real estate businesses by providing adequate levels of capital to navigate through this period. We anticipate a plethora of new opportunities in the coming months and years as we come out of this period, which will allow us to further grow and diversify our portfolio.

With our ZSL Secured Loan Note, you can generate returns of up to 8.94% per annum, for a 36 month term. Under the income option, clients will receive quarterly payments at 2% throughout the investment term.
