Update - Q1 2019
A pre-application inquiry was submitted in September 2018 for the 167-unit scheme and early feedback from Birmingham City Council (BCC) has supported the principle of a residential development.
The planning application is to be submitted Q1 2019, with an estimated date for planning approval of July 2019.
Detailed design of the development is due to commence August 2019 and construction is programmed to start January 2020.
Practical completion is currently programmed for Q2 2021.
