Sustainable Land

Sustainable Land PLC was founded in 2003 and since then has pledged to deliver a realisable land investment opportunity to investors. We are delighted to announce that 'we are delivering' with 2 of our sites already adopted, one close to adoption and another closer to applying for planning.

In all cases SLPLC sites are carefully selected.  We only choose identified land in the Council's Draft Plan. Along with our planning consultants (JPC Planning Ltd) we promote the land through the Local Plan for adoption and release thereby maximising it's investment potential.

We have just launched our 5th site 'Fareham' situated near Portsmouth, Hampshire. Investment shares start from £10,000 and can be in cash or via a SIPP or SSAS.
